Description
At Viget Labs we believe that everyone -- designers, developers, marketers, etc. -- should able to give a great talk. Effectively communicating ideas in front of a group is a skill we should all work on. So, each Friday during our all-hands staff meeting, we practice by asking one person to give a 10-15 minute talk. They range from technical, highly relevant talks like "Ruby & Mid-90s Hip Hop" to practical talks like "Hockey Fighting 101." The staff learns something, the speaker gets better, and everyone enjoys a good lunch.
