Troy is a dynamic speaker who engages the audience and offers above average insight on his topic. It is evident Troy conducts a mountain of research before speaking and was able to answer/address somewhat off topic questions adequately. Troy did not appear to get frustrated or impatient at any point in his speech. Several individuals of the audience arrived late and presented questions which Troy went over earlier in his presentation. He offered those individuals clear and direct reasons without taking extended amounts of time. He did a fantastic job!
