Biography:

Ryan is the principal of Mantra Technology, a software development firm based in Portland, Oregon. Mantra specializes in content management, e-commerce, line of business applications, and business application integration.

Prior to starting Mantra Technology, Ryan was a Solutions Architect for a software development firm in Portland where he led and managed many successful development projects for companies like Dell, and OHSU. Ryan has been developing software on the Microsoft stack since 1998. He is a current Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and has held other certifications based on server technologies in the past.

When not writing code, Ryan likes to spend time with family, and play/listen to music. In fact, it's rumored that in a previous life, Ryan was a member of 2 active touring bands that enjoyed temporary success.
