Thanks. You don't know how much good critisism like this helps. I have to redo my decks for version 2, so this feedback is worth more than gold.
I'll try to condense my slide decks into one and put the demos earlier. I think the agenda was good but my covering it this time wasn't executed. That would help change the target audience a bit.
I hated not to answer the questions. I'll do my best try to limit the questions until after the demos. I enjoyed the CodeStock crowd very much.

We didn't get to the data sync portion of your talk, but a ton of info to cover given then agenda. I would target the talk at a slightly higher audience level so that you do not have to explain how SDS works (authorities, entities, etc), which is where you got bogged down time wise. If the expectation is that the attendee already know how SDS works when they walk in the door, you can jump straight into sync. Otherwise, I think you covered what we got through pretty well, just obviously ran out of time.
