Kevin presented a great overview of an end-to-end troubleshooting methodology. The talk progressed well from beginner to intermediate topics and I felt that the pace and information covered were well suited to the topic and audience. Audience questions were handled well. I was immediately able to apply the material and add to my personal methodology when I returned to work.
