Really nice talk, probably the most clear and enjoyable introduction to Lean UX I've had chance hear. The talk was accompanied by some great examples and started a very interesting discussion on practical implementation of Lean UX in the agency environment. I've heard this Sophie's talk twice already and she is constantly improving!
Really nice structure, starting with context and then taking forward into agency land. Also sparked a good conversation - thanks.
