You've been learning about the core concepts of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for quite some time now: Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance, and Polymorphism. When you thought you knew it all, all of a sudden the cool kids are talking about all these principles such as "Single Responsibility Principle", "Open/Closed Principle", "Dependency Inversion Principle", as well as Inversion of Control containers, etc. This session presents those concepts so the attendees can understand what they are and start using right away.

excellent presentation with great examples. I really like the memorable motivation posters. I have been getting into SOLID in recent months and this presentation has helped me know I'm heading in the right direction. Thank you!

Great overview on S.O.L.I.D and I don't believe that you can cover to the point with examples in the short period of time. No doubt that it's one of the best presentation that I have attended.

Claudio, This was an excellent presentation. The examples we also wonderful. While the Powerpoint was good to guide us through your discussion of SOLID. I know that you do this for free and am greatful to you and the likes of you that help us all along. After tthe talk, when I had time to review the code. The power point was not enohgh detail to guide me through the points that you so skillfully made during the presentation. It may be too much to ask but more detail guidance, as to the points that you demonstrate in the code, in a pdf file would be helpful when we later review these points in the code.

Claudio, I saw you give this talk at DevLink. It was really excellent and just the kind of stuff I need to hear a lot more of. I'm still pretty new to programming, so I need a presenter to be really clear in their presentation. I thought you did a great job of explaining the concepts in a way I could grasp.
