Carri's Bugbee's presentation at the 140 Characters Conference was one of the most exciting because it addressed so many thought-provoking aspects of brand experience in social media. From seizing an opportunity, to crafting a unique voice, to interacting with other voices and creating brand engagement, the "Mad Men" tweeting saga is on that can serve as an instructive case study for many brands trying to "join the conversation" with a unique voice. Carri's presentation was as engaging as it was instructive and I look forward to hearing her speak again soon.

Carri and her fellow panelists brought the same mix of reality and fantasy to their live presentation as they do tweeting as the various MadMen characters. I liked hearing their real life story of how they started doing it and what happened when they did in. But they added the element of Mad Men fun by bringing it martinis to share with the audience. I particularly liked meeting Carri because I had a fight with @PeggyOlson on Twitter and it was nice to know that Carri was much nicer than her alter ego.
