Description:
We compared the differences of LESS and SASS for the web920 meetup group. The talk was targeted at people who were not already using a preprocessor, so it tried to sell them on the benefits of preprocessors and give them enough context to decide whether they prefer the LESS or SASS syntax.

It was a good presentation. Chris and Jon explained that a CSS preprocessor can really be a powerful tool for efficiently writing and maintaining CSS. They talked about using LESS or SASS for leveraging variables, mixins and extending, nesting, operations, color functions, and file organization. They spoke about the ways to implement a CSS preprocessor, via javascript, command line, or graphical user interface.
