Somewhat interesting. A little too much metaphor for me...wanted more "meat."

Delivery was great! Felt like it got a little less structured toward then end, but I really enjoyed the metaphors and parallels you drew. Nice work!

5/5. Great high-level talk. More than just "mobile mobile mobile." Provides the "Why mobile?" that I was looking for.
Discussion about putting usability first and how the criteria for evaluating usability can shift based on user expectations was especially insightful. Kano model was really cool.
Good flow and interesting quotes + images.
