I thought this talk was excellent. I especially liked the "focus" on benchmarks. Additionally I really felt like I walked away from this talk thinking " I really want to play with rubinius". I thought the speaker was excellent... this is in sharp contrast to the last time I saw him speak (rubyconf 08?) where I walked away feeling underwhelmed.
