I went to both talks and enjoyed both. The Tapestry one was a very good introduction and seemed to cover a lot of ground. Even though you must have presented this many times you came over as enthusiastic and interested in the audience, which speakers, especially the jet lagged ones sometimes don't. The clojure talk was one I was looking foward to, but I got less from that one, mainly because I'm so unfamiliar with lisp and so i found I didn't really get a good grasp of what it's about. Nonetheless you were enthusiastic again, and I'd hope to get around to looking at the cascade code.

I am working with Tapestry 5 for two years now and i was impressed how many things should be presented in only one hour. Everyone who starts with Tapestry should see this talk to see why he should use Tapestry 5 for its web development and all the benefits he will have from component oriented development.

Thanks for the feedback ... I think I'm going to like this site. On the Clojure talk, I expect to rewrite it largely from scratch before I next present ... with more of the focus on why FP simplifies your code.
