Sinatra: Essential Simplicity 4.9 http://spkr8.com/t/220

Description:

Sinatra is a Ruby-based framework that makes it trivial to write simple web apps very quickly. It's much lighter weight than Rails and fills a different need, but a lot of very smart people are using this exciting new tool.

In this talk you'll learn how to use Sinatra yourself, the pros and cons of the tool, and how Relevance is already using it today.

Good presentation but I'll stick to Rails for now.

Glenn did a great job presenting. He did have some typos and mistakes during his live coding, but that is par for the course. He did present a lot of great content around Sinatra and gave great examples of how it works and under what instances it could be used. I also like that he explained what niche he thought it filled and it is an important piece of software for the Ruby community to have.
