Description:
As a developer, you end up wearing a lot of different hats: researcher, designer, janitor, mediator, teacher, student. the list can go on. Likely, you juggle these hats almost every day... and we haven't even mentioned writing a line of code yet. Most talks focus on a given technology or tool: some resource that you can use. This talks focuses on how to improve the best resource you have: YOU. We'll cover tips like where you can steal time to keep your skills sharp and how to be a good salesman.

I think the full version of this talk was better and that this abbreviated version suffered a little from having so many of the great points removed. That said, it was a very good, well presented talk that provided a lot of value in the condensed time frame. Had I not just seen you give the full version of the talk a couple of weeks ago at CONDG, I probably would have enjoyed it a little more. Overall, a good talk with lots of valuable information and a good job of condensing the content with keeping the main points.
