I really enjoyed this talk and think I got a lot out of it. Learning the names of a few user theories and patterns was a highlight for me, and made me want to do my own research. The exercises at the end were a great way to help us focus on what we were learning. My one suggestion is to add an exercise in the middle - with such a long talk (in the midst of a lunch coma) a little mental challenge would have been a great way to keep us engaged.

It was great to get a better sense of what you guys do on a day-to-day basis. I loved hearing about some of the psychology behind this stuff -- more of that would be welcome, especially as applied to concrete, web-based examples. During the process portion of the talk, I would suggest beefing up the design & development parts. Those felt like something of an afterthought, and I think it would be great if people could walk away with five new techniques that they could apply right away.

I thought this was the right approach for a company-wide overview of UX, and I got a lot from stepping through it all. Moving forward, in follow-up sessions, getting into more detail and seeing examples of specific principles and techniques at work will help solidify a lot of things and give us tools to apply to projects. Thanks for putting this together.

This talk definitely improved my insight into UX practices. High-level concepts were well presented, but I would have loved to have seen more real-world examples.

The talk was a great use of Viget time. I really appreciate the high level but thorough walk through of UX. I got a lot out of it. I would like to see more talks that go into greater detail of specific concepts.
