Thoroughly enjoyed this. I really dig talks with no slides. There's a lot we all can learn about handling our crappy open source projects and making them better and Chris covered most of it here.

interesting points although when you were talking about there being not enough marketing I felt that sometimes there is too much marketing with ruby projects, good talk though

Good talk, the title was "why open source sucks...and how it's my fault." A lot of ideas that apply to ANY software project and are obvious once you hear them. a lot like a jared diamond book.
