Drawing upon the contributions of dozens of staff members from a variety of organizations, the Content Management Systems Working Group at the University of Pennsylvania recently examined the state of content management systems usage at Penn. Among our findings: many of the resources required in the deployment and ongoing usage of a content management system may not be readily apparent in the early phases of system evaluation and adoption.
