But Microsoft and many talented DBAs and developers also publicly release additional tools for SQL Server that, while supported and very useful, remain virtually unknown to the average SQL Server DBA and Developer This session will detail and demonstrate:

These tools can make your long days shorter and make difficult chores much easier. They augment a variety of capabilities within SQL Server, covering everything from Reporting Services and Integration Services to administrative and security tools. You’ll be able to get much more work done in your limited work day by learning about the tools I present in this session.
Prerequisites: Intermediate database administration and development skills on SQL Server 2000 and 2005
Note: No ISV tools are mentioned in this session. This session covers only ‘public domain’ tools and code, most of which are drawn from my Tool Time column in SQL Server Magazine.
