I got to watch this presentation in its first ever delivery and it was great. I have been tuning SQL Server for awhile now, consider myself pretty decent at it and enjoy it but I was taught new tips and tricks in this talk. Tom said the talk was geared towards 100/200/300 level folks but there was stuff in here for all levels. I loved the additional tips for helping on the career front. Great stuff.
