One of the best and most practical presentations made at SNESSUG. I picked up tips that I could put to use right away on my job. He spoke clearly and answered questions from the audience in depth.
He also hung around afterwards for further one-on-one interaction
We shouldn't miss an opportunity to have him speak again at future meetings
