Description:
This course is for Rails beginners. We will start from the ground up (i.e. Basic ActiveRecord), and learn how to build Ruby on Rails 3 applications. It will be extremely hands on with probably 30% instruction, 70% lab, so be prepared to work. Attendees will be emailed instructions beforehand to setup their computers properly so they can arrive and hack.
If you have built more then 2 Rails applications, you're better off watching the Rails 3 Screencasts then going to this tutorial.

Awesome presentation and application. Even if you're a seasoned Rails developer it is worth going to and you can always check out the html/javascript/css source in your browser for extra learning. Web app performed well was responsive the whole time even under load of 40+ developers. Thanks for a great meeting and presentation.

As advertised. Well done.
