"The page shouldn't scroll." "Two clicks are too many." These are two of the numerous client conundrums that agencies face on a daily basis. In this presentation, we discuss how to educate, reeducate and placate your client, without having your team kill you in the process.

This was one of the most disappointing sessions I've been to at SXSW. Delivery was adequate by both presenters, but the content was completely off-base for the context of the web today. Sending clients champagne, taking them to the spa, going golfing with them? It's the kind of irresponsibility that should have died decades ago, and with clients more interested than ever in doing more with less. Most of the talk was about how to get people to like you, not how to educate your client.

There were about four minutes that covered the topic of the panel, and it was JV at best, with suggestions like "look to analytics" and whatnot.
