Eric did a nice job presenting an interesting case study in the form of the redesign of NHL.com. In addition to the great before and after, he discussed some of the unique challenges, and did it all with poise and humor.

Eric's delivery was casual yet very informative. Bonus points for great slide design that not only looked great, but added to the overall theme of the talk.

I really enjoyed this talk. I felt that he could have focused on one of the couple of designs he spoke about and have had plenty of material. I found the inspiration of black ice to be a very appropriate metaphor for the finished design.

Best talk of the night. Eric's content was impressive and well put together -- great mix of text, visuals, and video. It told the redesign story well in a short period (my only criticism might be going over on time by trying to do too much). His delivery was great, too. He knew the audience (designers) and connected with them with humorous storytelling they could all relate to. He could project his voice a bit more -- he tended to trail off on some comments.

A great presentation and an impressive before and after. Loved seeing a glimpse inside the process.
