Excellent. I found the talk really inspiring.

My only criticism would be that there were slides that didn't have enough contrast, particularly some of the pie charts.

Dave is a pro and in my experience never fails to deliver a good keynote. Sometimes you'll wonder where exactly he's taking you, but on arrival at his destination it's hard to think of a clearer route for getting there.

The call to expand diversity in the Ruby community is particularly welcome, not because it's something new (this has been doing the rounds for a couple of years now) but because he succinctly tied it to the underlying values we already espouse.

And you've got to love a speaker who includes CAT scans of his own brain, missing bits and all :)
