Very hard to follow as the presenter assumed everyone was familiar with the project. Lots of time burned at the beginning reading the slides to the audience. The overall demo was fine, though starting small with just CQRS (leaving Event Sourcing out) may have been a better approach. Ended up not even halfway done (assumingly) with the code demo due to lack of time.

Make sure you practice so you can finish in the time allotted and don't have so much dead air.

Probably should have had more code prepared. Watching someone code where you only have 1 hour to present chewed up a lot of time. The content was good and you definitely understood the framework. Other than time management, the presentation was very good.

Interesting topic, would have worked better if portions of the code sample was already available to show instead of having to do all the dirty work during the session - and therefore running out of time. REALLY wanted to see the final running product, but wasn't able to.

Inspiring! Ashic surely knows his stuff. I liked the way he builded the website live, although he ran out of time, this helps me to grab extra take aways.

Great topic that probably needed more than an hour to really dive into. I also felt bad that there were some technical difficulties with the MVCConf website and LiveMeeting that made this presentation start about 10 minutes late. I thought the slides at the beginning did a good job of explaining what benefits CQRS provides over the standard architecture.

I thought that the slides were a bit rushed and the presenter was just reading them nearly verbatim. Also, for such a broad topic, live coding probably wasn't the best choice - it left the attendees listening to dead air and typing and the demo project never got finished. I think a better technique would've been to have the demo coded ahead of time and then copy/paste interesting bits into the project - that way, the presenter could spend more time talking about each code segment instead of spending that time typing.

Again - great topic. Great presentation given the technical difficulties and time constraints. Just re-consider live coding for the demo.
