Bringing Down Goliath: A Windows Phone Paradigm Shift 2.62 http://spkr8.com/t/5659

Description:

As Microsoft developers seek to emulate the successes of the iPhone, the Windows Phone Marketplace has quickly become saturated with every type of app possible. Instead of attempting to recreate successful down-level products, developers could be focusing on audiences that really matter. The strengths of the Windows Phone 7 platform sit firmly in the business world and provide opportunities far beyond a typical mobile application. This session will cover topics, concepts, and real-world implementations of developing business-centric applications and tools for the Windows Phone to help organizations take full advantage of what the platform has to offer.

Had I known this was a sharepoint talk I would have avoided it. Actual WP7 code didn't show up until the tail end. I appreciate the speaker taking the time, but would have appreciated a more fitting description of the talk.
