I thought that the information was delivered succinctly, and that the speaker identified well with the team and our group dynamic. Material was clear, power point presentation was useful in helping to clarify points made, and good use was made of group discussion time.

I'm still not convinced I know what the Abbey voice should be though... I would not feel confidant yet to write published copy for the web, but perhaps that will come in time.
