One of the best talks I've ever seen. I've read a lot of books from some of the great leaders in history and Jim really nailed it with this talk. For a long time, I've said leadership is so much more than telling people what to do and that Manager != Leader. He really should take this talk on the road. :-) Great stuff from a very engaging speaker.
