I really like this presentation because although I am an extrovert who didn't have the same kind of experiences, I too have things that helped me to "break out."

good talk, and something we all need to think about. I was impressed with the effort you had made, and the things you've had to overcome to be able to network more effectively. Made me think about pushing myself out of my comfort zone a little more. As my Dad would say, "you get out of it what you put into it"
