Too dry, bland and abstract. Spice it up with some better slides and make the content more relevant to more people in the audience; I noticed a lot of people weren't raising their hands...

You're talking about a very real problem, but I don't think it would exist if software systems were treated as depreciable assets - like any other long term asset.

That also has the advantage of framing the issue in a language business people already understand and know how to deal with.

Generally I liked your talk and don't think you needed to ride a unicycle and juggle while giving it - although opinions differ.
