John's clearly done this before. His presentation was smooth and rolled right along, and contained a lot of good information about the current state of jQuery, and where they're headed in the future. He got through the talk quickly and held an extended and highly informative Q&A session.

It was interesting to hear about the concern for quality and for providing a successful journey from being a jQuery newbie to an experienced and contributing jQuery developer. I didn't expect that. It was reassuring to see that in jQuery's DNA.

Material presented was mostly well known. It was like a rote corporate product/service presentation.
