Loved it! I almost wish Rick Walton hadn't spilled the beans on the new event API at last month's jQuery Boston meetup. That would have made it even more exciting.

I know that memes aren't everyone's thing, but I found the talk hilarious. Multiple belly laughs.

Such a great presentation! This really helped me understand the restructuring of the events api and how it was restructured. Not only did Dave help keeps audiences attention with LOL cats but he also helped explain these decisions in a simple, concise manner which helped me understand the jQuery api better. Fantastic delivery, of course. And it wasn't just entertaining, it was really informative. Hard to resist the urge to move to 1.7 beta on a production application to start moving to the new on/off calls.
