Emotions Companies Use Companies use a variety of emotions to get you to associate their products with an emotion such as happiness, success, intelligence, perfection or the polar opposite of fear, opposition or lack. Most successful companies associate themselves with an emotion that will help people either gain pleasure or reduce pain.
