About Randall Buerkle
Randall's work in change and stress management has been applied in manufacturing, government, retail and medical environments. His particular areas of expertise are organizational culture, stress management, audience analysis, change readiness, and performance improvement systems.
Randall has spent several years researching cultures at such organizations as Chevron Corporation, Advance Auto Parts, TriHealth, Inc., NCR Corporation, MSX International, Ministry of the Interior (KIngdom of Saudi Arabia) and Ford Motor Company.
His publications include a change management business novel, The Conqueror and Change Readiness Profile for the McGraw-Hill Training and Performance Sourcebook. He’s also been interviewed by ABC Los Angeles and featured in USA Today.
An accomplished musician, he is a volunteer for the Healing Arts program at Texas Children’s Medical Center. He uses his songwriting skills and plays music for children and families at the Center. He is also the producer of two CDs, Mirage and Love Singles (under Randall Gilbert) and experiments with stand-up comedy.
Randall is a graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, OH (M.A., Applied Behavioral Science). He also holds certifications in Prosci Change Management and Criterion-Referenced Instruction. You don’t have to believe Randall composed any of this…his dog wrote it!
