Building teams by reinforcing personal feedback loops

There are no teams without relations between people within it. Relations are the main ingredient of glue that keeps teams coherent.

There are many ways to build relations: going out with the team, providing team buliding exercises, having meals toghether, giving team an autonomy and setting a goal... I would like to introduce yet another way to build good relations between team-players: a personal feedback in a team.

During my presentation I would like to share a step-by-step recipe for personal feedback based on my own experience, preceding with theory of feedback itself.

After presentation the participators will be ready to create a similar feedback loop in his/her own team.
