UX people are awesome. In addition to solid skills in gathering and documenting knowledge, UX practitioners are also people-orientated and highly methodical. With such a breadth of skills, they often already carry with them the tools and techniques to help mitigate problems when a project has gone wrong. And projects can go very wrong...
Tapping into my personal experience as well as looking at classic project issues, in this talk I will present solutions and directions for practitioners at all levels and on all types of projects.
Participants will walk out of this talk feeling more confident, when their project takes a wrong turn, that they have the knowledge to turn things around.
