Wireframes are becoming more and more useless as applications become more and more complex. Show a wireframe to 15 people and you will get 15 different mental models of how the application will work. Prototyping is becoming a popular and effective way to demonstrate application concepts to both stakeholder and users. In this talk, I demonstrate how a prototype can help to create a shared vision of what an application will do and eliminate much of the interpretation of features that is necessary when evaluating wireframes.
