During query optimization, SQL Server is looking for queries or index operations that might benefit from parallel execution. This session will start with the basics of parallelism in SQL Server. Then lead you to understand what is under the hood of parallel query execution. How you can avoid or benefit from parallelism in OLTP or OLAP environment.
