Being able to deploy software to production many times a day can be both risky and rewarding. While many teams have one (or more) rockstars who could whip together the best continuous delivery implementation and strategy for their organization, oftentimes there is an impediment that prevents them from ever making it: trust. In order to be successful at CD, you need to establish trust so everyone on the team can feel comfortable with rapid, continuous deployments to production.
In this session, you’ll learn how trust affects members across the entire dev/ops team, how CD teams can establish trust in their projects, how to properly architect your application to better handle change in production, and best practices.
