Last year, at PCTO09, we took a look at various tools used to monitor social media platforms. This year, we're going to cover how those tools are applied to every day social media campaigns. We'll spend a lot more time looking at real campaigns, and how we measured them to determine their successes and failures. You'll leave with a better understanding of:
- The relationship between social media and measurement strategies
- How and when to implement tools based on real case studies
- Tricks that we've found makes companies more effective at applying communilytics concepts on a day-to-day basis.
This session will be a compressed version of the full day intensive course that we'll be giving at Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco in May. The pace will be very fast. This session is not for beginners.
