What separates skilled designers from people who merely use design tools? What makes one design leader more effective than another?

Often, it seems like success is about having the right answers–being seen as the expert, the visionary, or the most creative person in the room. Being worried about the answers will actually get in your way, though. More often, success comes down to asking the best questions: of our users, stakeholders, team members, and even of ourselves. Ask the right question and the answer forms itself.

Kim will share some of the most powerful questions she’s used in her work, as well as some tools to help your team find answers.
