Data plays a key role in crafting a user-centered website, especially in an environment with many stakeholders. Despite the increasing amount of data available (and partly because so much exists), digital professionals don’t fully take advantage of this data to inform their decisions.
With a focus on Google Analytics and an overview of several other tools, this session will center on analyzing and interpreting analytics data.
