Data plays a key role in crafting a user-centered website, especially in an environment with many stakeholders. Despite the increasing amount of data available — and partly because so much exists — digital professionals don’t fully take advantage of analytics to inform their decisions.
With a focus on Google Analytics and an overview of several other tools, this workshop will center on setting up, analyzing, and interpreting analytics data.
