Every project has risks – and our task as PMs is to identify and mitigate these risks as much as possible. We all know about the most common risks, but there will also be specific risks that depend upon the client or the project. And chances are, the client might not have worked on a digital project before, or might not have experience working with a digital agency – which adds even more risk. As PMs we need to be adept at risk management in order to protect our projects. This talk will cover the processes that the digital PMs at Reactive use to identify and manage risks throughout the project.
