The presentation will unpack 3 types of difficult conversations you’ll encounter (or have already encountered) when working with your internal team and communicating with clients. Unlike general communication tips, I hope to go into the specifics of why difficult conversations arise when working on interactive projects, understanding the root causes, and sharing some concrete phrases and tips you can use to make your next difficult conversation less of a nightmare.
