Often times in the nonprofit world, we’re told no matter the idea, there is not enough money, not enough staff, and quite possibly not the right kind of staff to make an idea a digital reality. But good ideas don’t live or die based on how much money you throw at them. Good ideas live when there’s a clear understanding of the goal, next-level thinking about available resources, the right people with the right tools managing the project, and an understanding of how all of this can be leveraged to advance organizational mission. During this session, Trish will talk briefly about her own experiences leading digital projects at large and small nonprofits and lead the room through a conversation to get them to their own organizational a-ha.
