Have you ever been told that your failures hurt your career and make you less valuable in your job and life? What people have been telling you in all lies? What makes us stronger and teaches us more is not when we make mistakes but when we use those failures to grow. The key in life is to embrace and celebrate the failures that happen before and after successes. In this talk I will shed away to falsehoods of the notion that failure is a curse and to treat it like a disease. No one likes to fail but actually we fail more than we succeed in life. Just ask Babe Ruth. (we will chat about him and many more so called successful people).
