One of the critical aspects of branding is to ensure the right message is being heard by the right people. In today’s environment this message needs to be clear, concise and easily remembered – people are bombarded every day with hundreds of messages so yours needs to stand out.
The Communicating Your Brand workshop is an interactive group session designed for Executive Directors but can also include people who need to be communicating this message every day and key stakeholders in the organization.
The initial fireside chat session covers an introduction to understanding branding and will address, with examples, What is a Brand?
The follow on workshop then helps the group getting very clear on 3 key areas;
1.Who you are as an organization? 2.What is it that you do? 3.Why does it really matter?
Once these three areas are clearly defined you can then start to identify what makes you unique – that turns in to a number of messaging options including;
-Tagline – a few words that say who you are, to be used on marketing and communication pieces. -Brand statement – more of a ‘mission’ for the group, can be used as a short quick introduction -A revision of your current mission, vision or purpose statement .
