We have a great thing going here in the Rails community. We've leaped the early adoption hurdle and are starting to see Rails become a mainstream technology. More and more developers are pouring into our ranks from php and Java everyday. But are we prepared? Have we really learned how to cope with growing so fast? And do we truly grasp the level and types of commitment that are required to maintain this momentum with our clients? How do we avoid, dare I say, our own Rails bubble?
