There are birds that make the longest recorded flight in the most extreme of weathers, in -54 degree C at 33 thousand feet and show unimaginable resilience. The same bird freezes to death at only -6 degree C in a closed compartment.

In agile teams, star performers need an open space and a larger horizon to achieve extraordinary goals. If we are not careful with the practices, these star performers feel tied into a box and overall productivity and motivation goes down.
